 March 14th School District 25 Supplemental Levy Election
(On Election Day the Polls are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm)

The Bannock County Elections Office will begin Early Walk-In voting on February 27th.  Hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Pursuant to Idaho Code 34-1012, Early Walk-In Voting will end on March 10th.  Eligible voters must live within the boundary lines of School District 25.

On March 2nd at 2:00 pm in the Bannock County Elections Office located at 141 N 6th Ave, we will be conducting a public certification of our M650 ballot counting machines. 

2017 Election Information



1. The Elections Office conducts the Federal, State, County and Local Taxing District elections for Bannock County. The possible four (4) election dates per year are:

  • 2nd Tuesday in March (School Bond or Levy)
  • 3rd Tuesday in May (Primary Election and/or Taxing Districts Elections)
  • Last Tuesday in August (School Bond or Levy)
  • Tuesday following first Monday in November (General Election and/or Taxing District Election)

The Elections Office maintains an up-to-date list of registered voters, as well as voting history. The Elections Office can produce voter lists, precinct maps, and Commissioner District maps upon written request. This information is available by paper, e-mail or CD-ROM.

Candidates filing for County office do so in the Elections Office, as well as file financial disclosure reports there.

If a voter is not able to show a required photo ID, the voter will be given the option to sign the Personal Affidavit.  For more information go to
