Early Walk-In Voting for the November 4th General Election will begin Monday, September 22nd.  The hours of voting will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm.  Voters will be required to go through security.  The last day to Early Walk-In Vote will be Friday, October 31st until 5:00 pm, per Idaho Code 34-1002.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th.  The Polling Places are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

If a voter is not able to show a required photo ID, the voter will be given the option to sign the Personal Affidavit.  For more information go to

Elections conduct Federal, State, County and Local Taxing Districts elections for Bannock County.  The four (4) election dates per year are:

●  2nd Tuesday in March (School Bond or Levy)
●  3rd Tuesday in May (Primary Election and/or Taxing
Districts Elections)
●  Last Tuesday in August (School Bond or Levy)
●  Tuesday following first Monday in November
(General Election and/or Taxing District Election)

The Elections Office produces poll books and voter lists.  Precinct Maps and Commissioner District maps are also available.  The Election Office maintains an up-to-date list of registered voters, as well as voting history.  This information is available in hard copy, as well as on CD-ROM.

Candidates filing for County office do so in the Elections Office, as well as file financial disclosure reports there.
