Bannock County Ordinances are laws adopted by the county commissioners.
Ordinances have effect everywhere within the county, except within the city
limits. Currently, Bannock County's ordinances are not in an easily researchable
format. One of the many goals of the Prosecuting Attorney is to have the
ordinances in a number-system format for easy reference and research by the
public and government officials. Once that is done, the ordinance will be posted
and available on this web site or elsewhere on the county's website. Until then,
the ordinances that draw the most attention can be viewed by clicking the
hyperlink at the beginning of this paragraph.
